Diseases such as Ornithosis are known to be transmittable to humans working in close proximity to the birds roosting and nesting areas. The droppings can also release spores which can lead to breathing disorders and trigger asthma attacks. The droppings are also acidic and over a period of time will cause damage to masonry as well as blocking downspouts and gutters resulting in expensive water damage to your buildings.
